Mark Thrower is a passionate scuba instructor best known for his patience.  His experience in life has given him a unique perspective on the world and education.  He is absolutely in love with the ocean and diving and most days you will find him in the water whether teaching a class or taking a nap.  He is often heard saying that not much makes sense terrestrially but everything flows in the water.
